Organised the clean to be done between 11am and 12 noon, called and left messages a number of times between 12:30 and 1pm to see how much longer he may be, he finally called back at 2pm to say he was leaving a job and would be here by 3pm, It is now 5:30pm and i have left a number of messages on the mans mobile number and recieved no response i have also tried to contact Chem Dry on the 1800 number and also received no response. As you can imagine I will not be using this service again. I have only given one star as there is no option to give them a negative rating.
