Very prompt response. Quoted over the phone. I provided all measurements of the rooms and the telephone operator even had me count the number of steps of my stairs prior to quoting. Confirmed time for the following day. Carpet Cleaner arrived on time and proceeded to suggest i needed my heating vents cleaned then went through the house and came back stating he wanted MORE THAN TWO AND HALF times what was quoted! I asked him to leave and then he said that he wasn\'t told that there was a stairway. I called the operator who proceeded to say that maybe he misunderstood. As i had taken a day off work and moved all the furniture i went ahead anyway with the result being very unprofessional, with stains remaining and being informed that if i wanted my stains removed then that is another job! The job was over in 45min and now I need to organise someone else who will do the work, once my carpets dry!
