David came to my house an hr after he called me to give me a proper quote. He measured and told me exactly what needed doing. He also went through the whole cleaning process with me and how his is different to other cheaper cleaners. He doesnt flood carpets with water like alot do. He has high grade chemicals to get out stains, paint, blu tac etc. Very happy. Quoted me $125
