This is a project to restore a 1930's heritage listed brick & timber cottage. the project requires highly skilled traditional craftsmen (no apprentices please) with extensive experience and are familiar with old techniques. the owner is required to obtain the prior approval of the heritage council of victoria before any work commences. thus the entire restoration project will take a long time to complete and can be done in stages, a trade at a time and a piece at a time.
