Weatherboards showing signs of cracking, particularly at the ends. Possibly some other general weatherboard deterioration.
Cracks need filling, sanding and re-painting, or replacing - as appropriate.
Other external wood areas may be in need of attention.
House is two-storey (2 bedrooms), with steep, peaked tin roof.
Seeking some quotes initially and then to proceed with work within 4-6 weeks.
Budget is negotiable as I'm not sure how much work is required, or how much it might cost. Happy to discuss.
