Want to modify existing laminate top benches to fit slightly wider oven

kitchen currently has a 60 cm gap for oven. Would like to get a 70cm wide oven. A simple trim of the laminate benchtop over hangs, plus shifting one bench about 5 cm should do it. I'd like to know how much this would cost before buying the oven.
