We're opening a tyre store Canterbury, Victoria and need a builder for various jobs on the property. I need a quote for the following.
The scope of works are:
• Dismantle/demolish/remove all storage rooms inside workshop.
• Open bricked doorway to toilet and install new door, and erect new stud wall at existing doorway and erect new ceiling.
• Supply and install new vanity basin inside toilet and connect plumbing.
• Supply and install new (small) hot water unit in toilet room.
• Erect (old) tyre storage area outside, by creating a 3.6m high walled fence (engineered) with double gates.
• Replace two doors inside premises.
• Change existing reception door to open inwards.
• Erect a timber deck outside reception.
