Supply and fit Vanity unit (complete)-(waste; plug, trap, with flick-mixer in lieu of taps and spout as existing) - approx. 790H x 1035 W x 450 D. NOTE: Existing vanity is filed in on both sides. Variation may be required to remove and replace tiles for installation of new vanity, if vanity size not available.
2 doors and 3 drawers are made of solid wood & varnished.
Remove & refix damaged/loose Floor Tiles, grout areas of damage and any adjacent disturbed joints approx. 1/2 m2
