The property is a two storey townhouse. The existing deck is on the first floor balcony, which covers a metal roof over the garage.
I have had an issue with water leaking through the metal roof. I need a deck carpenter to remove the entire deck slats in order to allow a roof plumber access to he area beneath the deck.
Additional building or repairing is required. All I need is a deck builder to unscrew and lift up each slat. The screws are flat head square hole.
