I have removed ceiling lining (gyprock) and insulation from affected areas to assist with assessment and undertaking of works and am willing to do more to keep costs down
Would like to confirm best solution for repair work with potential contractor
May lead to additional work such as replacing dormer windows and flashing subject to finding the right person
