Timber pergola with flat roof

We would like a new pergola built with timber. size is approx 9m x 4.5m. The longer side will be attached to the house. The height from floor to bottom of the eaves is around 2.2m. The pergola will be a min 3m from nextdoors fence. A flat roof, simple design would suit our needs because we are going to plaster the ceiling in the future and add walls to make it an alfresco type area. The floor will be concreted, which can be done before or after construction. Currently we have a smaller pergola and pavers, which will all be removed.
