Hi,
Hopefully with Christmas rush over, it is possibly s good time to get some realistic quotes for a hardwood deck.
Deck Size:
8 meters by 3.5 Meters.
Profile:
Deck is on slope, with one end at ground level and the other at 1 meter.
Railing:
Hardwood balustrade and steel cable, railing is required only on 2 sides (3.5 + 8 meters). Also a set of stairs to ground from 1 meter down.
Materials:
Merbau
•Merbau 90x90 Posts – supported by concreted post-supports
• Merbau hand and safety rails
• Merbau decking boards – 28m2
• Treated Pine Bearers and Joists
Pergola: require a separate price for a pergola again using hardwood.
