My roof line is sagging, i have been told by a building inspector that the timber is a bad batch of oregon. i need the timber within the roof either rebraced, jacked up, reinforced,replaced etc. i also will then need the ridge capping and the valleys redone and possibly some strange guttering. my main concern is the structural side of things. i guess a builder or a capentry/timber roofing specialst is my choice as opposed to a roof tiler.
