Some wooden floor boards need replacing due to rotting, rplc bearers and joists

Karolina requested 2 quotes from Carpenters in St Peters

Semi built around 1900 - completely renovated about 10 years ago. was weather board cottage, now a brick veneer house.

problem is poor ventilation in the subfloor causing rotting bearers and joists, some of which need replacement - floor is wooden floorboards (original at the front of the house and new at the rear).

2 things need to be fixed - to replace the damaged joists and bearers (not sure how many there are that need replacement) and need to improve the ventilation in the sub floor to stop this occuring again.
