To whom it may concern,
If you are able to have a couple of guys on site by the end of the week, and you can meet $38,000-$40,000 for the carpentry labour inclusive of the carpentry requirements as stipulated below, we will be in a position to sign up ……. At short notice.
a) Timber Structural Framing
b) Timber Non Structural Framing, and sundry framing to enable completion of all internal and external linings, gutters, bulkheads, and cladding
c) Subfloor framing to first floor
d) Strap bracing, and ply bracing as required for engineers inspection and signoff
e) Roof Truss (prefabricated), and Pergola framing
f) Floor linings, internal and external
g) Straightening of wall frames ready for lining, to the satisfaction of CCS site foreman
h) Timber beams, lintels, and Joists as required, including for cutting, notching, housing and drilling to ensure correct connection details to structural steel elements (Steel by others)
i) Hardware to doors, allowing for a dry fit, and removal for final painting
j) Allow for final easing and adjustment to all operable seals, hinges, locks and latches, prior to final handover and completion
