We would like to extend the back corner of the house, currently a right angle wall facing a toilet one side and bedroom on the other, out to be a new room.
Measurements are approximately 4m x 3m.
There is an existing toilet that would need to be relocated.
1 internal wall.
Plus some electrical and basic plumbing.
