New house builder requires Modwood decking planks (each137W x 4000L, no board warps or joins needed) and 'no nail' KlevaKilps attached straight and aligned to existing metal joists which are in place. Each KlevaKlip must have 8 screws to attach to top of joists. Modwood lengths must have liquid nails applied and NO screws - as per manufacture spec. All material is supplied, you just need a good inpact screw drill and appropriate experience. Job size: 2 decks, same new house, each 8M x 4M. This is a straight forward job mostly in the shade, so I require fixed quote only. NO HOURLY RATE QUOTES CONSIDERED, Thanks.
