Single story house with wide eaves approx 1/2 meter. After pulling down an old pergola that was attached to the fascia it caused some damage. Further inspection shows the outside corner of the eaves have dropped along with some water damage. The frame needs repaired and levelled at two external corners of the house so I can have new fascia and gutters installed.
