Resurface antique dining table with veneer

Paul requested 3 quotes from Carpenters in Potts Point

Supply and apply veneer to antique dining table top, stain and varnish to match furniture.

Details
We have a 1920s dining table which has been re-surfaced with Formica laminate at some point in its history .

The laminate is now worn and scratched and we wish to use a timber veneer to restore the table to the original look.

Probably easier to apply the veneer on top of the laminate , rather than try to remove it, as the laminate is glued in place.

Veneer will require staining to match the wood of the table frame and legs and sideboard and then varnishing.
