House is two story, the entrance is divided into four panel, 1 panel is door, panel beside door is payne glass, two panels above this are payne glass. ttotal area of thes panels is approx 4600 high x2200. in heavy rain these panels leak between the top and bottom glass panel. the beams that run from floor to ceiling are rotten at the bottom. would like to get a quote to see how much to fix.
