Replacement of upper storrey terrace floor

Due to a persistent water leak issue from a third floor apartment building terrace, I require the services of an experienced carpenter/builder to assist me in replacing the terrace\\\'s yellow-tongue decking with something more suitable, i.e. cement-sheet. In addition, the box gutter at the edge of the terrace is known to leak to the apartment below and should also be replaced.
I will be on-hand to assist throughout the job and will personally lift the existing tiles prior to commencement and arrange for a waterproofing contractor (possibly through service central if available) and retiling once the terrace deck/floor is relayed. In addition I will pay for all materials.
The terrace is 3 x 7m and I expect the portion of the job for which a carpenter/builder is required will take approximately 2-3 days. Ideal for this job would be someone who works on a daily basis and has the experience to guide and assist an owner builder with limited experience and tools.
