The weatherboards along the side of our house are old and half rotten. There is also no insulation in the walls (old period home). The weatherboard area of the wall is approx 35m^2 (excludes 2 windows).
The job scope would include:
- Removal of existing weatherboards.
- Supply & installation of R1.5 batts.
- Supply & installation of sisalation paper.
- Supply & installation of new weatherboards (pre-primed, curved profile).
Could you also provide an optional cost of getting of R2.0 (or above) acoustic batts instead (eg "Pink Batts Silencer").
