Replace tongue & groove floorboards verandah
Alan requested 3 quotes from Carpenters in Glen Iris
Due to water damage the Jarrah tongue and groove floorboards in my verandah need to be replaced.
The floor area is approximately 5.6 x 2.4.
Job will require:
1. Rip up and replace damaged floor boards
2. Remove debris
3. Need to apply water sealer/varnish.
Floorboards are secret nailed.
In addition to the above, approx 50% of the timber linings on the internal verandah roof are also damaged and will need to be replaced and painted. The approx roof size ie 5.6 x 3.0.
A quote is required to perform this work and will need to be considered by insurance company (AAMI).
