Need to replace timber (i.e. Tasmanian Oak) in one bedroom to match as closely as possible with the other part of house. Then need to re-sand room and blend with other parts of the house or potentially re-sand and revarnish (with polyurethane) larger sections of the house.
Require carpenter who has skills in floor joists, parquetry and possibly floor polishing.
