Current structre is tired & needs to be replaced. Existing foundation good. Measures approx 5m L x 1m D x 1m H. Set up agaist house so no timber structure for rear of structure needed. Will require 3 hinged covers for access on top, and 2-3 access doors for front. Will require some sanding off old painted structure. Fully exposed to sun and rain.
