The corner section of the horizontal timber beam that supports my front porch is rotting due to rain damage. This corner section is what slots into the brickwork of the house. The section is approx. 20cm L, 4.2cm W, 32?cm H. The beam will need to be propped up, this section removed and a new piece of timber joined to the existing beam.
