Our house is only 1 and half years old and we had a leaking balcony which has caused damage to the window architraves in the downstairs kitchen and the upstairs bedroom. the balcony has been repaired so we need to replace the damaged wood. the house is still under a builder's warranty, but the original carpenter is unavailable and i have offered to arrange the quotes to speed up the process.
