Require a quote to replace some internal stair treads & risers at our townhouse in Windsor.
The current stair treads are made out of particle board and are very creaky.
We were thinking of replacing the treads with timber treads that we could stain (and not replace the carpet that covers the existing stairs.)
There are 13 steps.
Measurement from wall to wall is 930mm
Width of steps (within the stringers) is 880mm
Thickness is 30mm.
Height of steps is 190mm
Stringers appear to be OK (but may require a quote to replace them as well).
