we will be replacing a tiled roof. the fascia boards on the two gabled ends need to be replaced. we think replace old wood with new colourbond. one side of roof is 3 stories off the ground. would like to replace fascia before the roof tiles so the concrete never needs to be touched after the new roof is in.
