I own a 25 year old Mirvac project home. I require the following:
Remove existing Lane locks & Gainsborough door furniture & replace with products I have purchased as follows:
3 x Gainsborough 570TERSSV Combination Sets (entry set & deadbolt)
2 x Gainsborough 115AMESC Amelia Privacy Sets
10 x Gainsborough 105AMESC Amelia Passage Sets
Please note: One external door only has an existing entry set so requires a hole to be drilled for the deadbolt. My understanding is that all current hole sizes match the new products.
Also 3 internal & 1 external doors need adjusting as they no longer close properly (may need hinge adjustments or planing)
