we are renovating our home. eventually all windows and doors will need to be replaced. the existing windows/doors are timber and about 35 years old. we are going to replace them all with aluminium ones, however we are just going to do a few rooms at a time. so we are looking for a builder/carpenter who is happy to come and do little jobs over a period of time. this back laundry door will be first with a double hung sliding window attached. we will also need jobs done like replacing eves and guttering, plastering, etc.
