-Secure with fittings compliant with pool fence regulations
-Fit pelmet to cover existing slider track on exterior wall
-Prime new timber
4- Replace/repair small sections of rotting timber in vicinity of garage eaves and front
-Prime new timber
5-Repair/replace spring closure to timber gate with access to pool area
