  We are a real estate agency based in Footscray but I have a house in St Albans that require some repairs done.
Would you be able to send me through a quote for repairing these items? If you need to I can give you keys to the property so you can go there and inspect to quote properly. we dont have a carpenter on our books yet.

I will attach photos of the damages and if you can please write in quote how much each item will cost including labor and materials that would be great. I am going to tribunal to get the funds from the tenants and then by mid next week we would like the work to start. or from then on at least.

1. Water damage in laundry. See attached photos of damaged wooded frame and even some of the grout. So the “rail” that the laundry door is on has lifted and the wooded frame is swollen, not only to the laundry cupboard but also to the toilet right next to it.
2. Front and back doors. One they have tried to break in to and the other it seems like they have slammed so the wood have come apart- see photos. So we would like them sanded and painted. We know the paint name but you would have to supply paint. These are the purple doors.
3. Remove the nails they put on window frames & fix their bad repair of wall and paint over some small marks, see photos of walls..
4. Repair, paint and replace door stop on door to garage. See photo.
5. If you by any chance can do, or have a contractor that does, repair or replace garage doors, see photos, do you think it can be repaired? Otherwise I have measurements for replacements, type, RDA height 2200 width 2700/2840
6. Degrease and remove oil spill in garage (as much as possible)
7. Gardening, a bit of tlc to the existing plants and replace 4 of the red plants, see photos.
8. Replace the broken slip strips on the stairs.

if there is any of these things you dont do just skip them and quote me on the items you could do!
