We have 5 windows in our appartment, 2 small windows (kitchen, Bathroom), 2 medium sized windows (2 bedrooms) and one large window in the lounge. All window frames have a certain level of wood rot, and we would like to get a quote on repairing these frames. The rot exists at the base of the window frame structures (middle struts and on the bottom edges), and also the window pane edges (the wood that holds the pane of glass). The windows that open are on a top swing hinge, with a chain mechanism to push them out from the bottom.
