Water gets into window timber frame through poor seal between glass and window timber glazing bead. Some damage to window timber frame has occurred.
Need to repair window frame, re-apply window glazing bead. May also replace bottom panels of glass with safety (hard) glass for safety reason.
The window is reasonably large, and is on the first floor.
Site inspection and quote is needed.
