We have a timber floor damaged by water. An area 1m2 or more needs replacing, with possibly also attention to joist or beams in sub-floor as its sagging a little.
- Home is double-brick victorian so only access to sub-floor is through the floor boards (But don't worry as hubby has already cut access holes every where!)
- Will also need 3 rooms sanded and polished afterwards, but not critical at present.
