Repair needed to the wooden structure beneath a flat metal roof of an attached dwelling to a single story house. Over time the wooden slat fascia / roof sides have rotten. Water damage has caused the eaves to buckle and wood under roof to rot. Require rotten / old wood to be replaced and roof sides to be cladded / sheeted. Metal roof seems to be ok.
