Repair livingroom ceiling approx 20 - 30 mm,&heads of windows underspaned

Darren requested 3 quotes from Carpenters in Kings Park

Above two windows in the livingroom there is a sagging in the ceiling of about 20-30mm.
initial investigation it is seen that the heads of the windows are underspaned or mostly shrunk due to the brick veneer house is made of hardwood frame construction. job details are to straighten ceiling bringing it into a straight line. to do so plasterboard will have to be replaced on walls, prop ceilings into a straight line, remove old heads and replace with suitable heads that will comply to code. re: do plasterboard and cornice.
there is a possiblity that the ceiling might crack during this process and then a new section of ceiling would need to be set.
