I have a early 1900's house that requires approximately 20m of 300mm tall victoria profile skirtings to be re-attached and approximately 10m of new skirtings to be installed. Need to have compound mitre saw to cut 300mm height skirting boards.
Also needs approximately 3m2 of flooring and possibly joists and bearers to be replaced where rotted.
