New kitchen is being installed & owners wish to remove the existing wall between kitchen & lounge room. The wall is timber frame with gyprock (less than 2m). The owners have an engineers report available. A new timber post is required to support the ceiling. No gyprock is required as part of this quote.
The owners also have a new window to install. This can be quoted as part of the same project.
