3. Cut out carpet & construct new L-Shaped plaster stud wall (Approx. 700mm x 1600mm x ) from floor to existing ceiling (Open ended no door)
4. New light switch & 2 led down lights, 3 power points & TV antenna on new area
5. Move existing light and fan switch (right hand side next to room entry door) up to 1350mm to allow cabinet to fit under and patch up the plaster
6. New cornice & skirting boards to match existing walls
7. Sand to a paintable finish
8. Remove all rubbish
