We are owner builders looking for a carpenter to assist in removing approx 9 load bearing walls and installing several stud walls. Full structural drawings have been completed specifying requirements and are available to assist in the quote process.
As a second stage we will also be removing the external weatherboards and replacing with new boards and installing new windows. This will be a second stage and currently out of scope... depending on the quote price.
