The wall is a LOAD Bearing wall & requires a large support beam to be fitted in the roof cavity. There is ventilation system ducting in the cavity. The access for the beam to be fitted would most likely mean that roof tiles would have to be lifted & refitted as well. The wall is 2100mm Wide by 2300mm High. All electrical work will be done by an electrician. (ie relocation of light switches & power points).
