Talked the talk, couldn't walk the walk. Turned up 3hrs late for a time sensitive job. Job was done incorrectly, not as set out by ourselves and our engineer, would have been very simple to complete if instructions had been followed. We were charged for replacement of 20 brackets, upon inspection only 7 of the 27 brackets which needed replacing/repairing had been touched. We were pressured to pay on the spot. We called to complain and Mark did offer to come back however we were not comfortable having him back after he had been so unprofessional and lied to us about a number of things. Had to pay someone else to do the job again, but properly. What a waste of money, disappointed that we were ripped off when we are clearly in a bad position due to bad workmanship on our house already.
