This will be an insurance claim. It is a genuine job. A power pole has leaned away from the home and because the power entry is fixed to the barge it has partially eased the barge away from the gable. The power company has relaxed the tension on the cable so the barge can be refixed to the home. This is a simple project but will need a good organiser to manage the power company, possibly an electrician, roof tiler and painter to repair localised damage. It is likely to need scaffolding for ease of work and OH&S. A typed quote suitable for demonstrating to the power company what's involved will deliver a good return to the tradesperson who takes this simple but fiddly job on. (The quote will need to be submitted to the insurance company before the work can be commissioned. The homeowner is an older woman who has basic English only; a site visit will show you what's involved.
