We have a house in breakfast point that is about 7 years old and new when we purchased it. ever since we have owned it, water leaks onto the carpet when it rains. we have been told by our insurance company that we need to have the outside door hobs redesigned as they sit higher than the inside floor hence when it rains water runs onto the inside carpets. this is the same for all rooms in the house so we are looking at getting this fixed on about 4 rooms in the house.
