I would like to knock down and rebuild an existing deck (treated pine or merbau) and add a polycarbonate roof. Also want to replace the existing screen with horizontal slat timber (modesty) fence on 2 sides. I would like the structural pillars cladded with waterproof cement boards and rendered to match the rest of the house. The deck is 9.3m X 2.3m X 1.2m high and will need 7 steps rebuilt. The height of the deck to the roof is 2.4m.
