My back veranda is made of timber but rails and floorboards are rotted as there was no roof overhead for many years, now i would like it rebuilt preferably before christmas with durable but very reasonably priced materials with some overhead cover. area is about 4 metres x 4 metres. does not exceed roof line at rear of house and will not be enclosed thus i understand it can be re-constructed without council permit. please contact asap.
