we require a registered builder (insured, fixed price contract) to do the following:
build hardwood deck and verandah attached to rear of townhouse.
build hardwood porch and verandah to front entrance.
replace harditex cladding with comination of hardiplank or primeline weather board (cement fibre) with easylap board.
replace windows, and relocate front door.
external painting.
plans and permits provided by owner.
preferred experience: recladding using cement fibre weatherboards, and easylap panels.
references and examples of previous work required.
