Quote to replace around four floorboards 1.2m long that have been rotted by previous water damage, which may also have affected underlying joist. Reasonable under house access (clearance of around 1 metre) to check joist. Once repaired, floor will have ply and vinyl laid over the top so I just need to stabilise the worst affected area.
